DS 230 - Item 3, Name in Native Language, Item 13 - Present address

Should we fill in the name in Hindi (Delhi Interview) in Item 3 and the address in India (parent\'s address) as present address ?

Thanks Rajesh - This is for DS230 Pt 1at the time of CP

I did not keep a copy of the form from when I submitted Pkt 3, and at that time I had submitted an OF-230 Pt 1. I was filling the forms again, so wondering what address to use.

Does not matter if you filled in OF 230 with P3
make sure you take DS 230 with you for the interveiw
