I have a US citizen daughter..I have questions about her..
1 ) Will i write her name in section 19 ?
2 ) What is the aim of 21a and 21b ? Are these the names of family members which will apply for green card with me? Or do they want it only as a information?
3 ) Should I write my daughter's name in 21a and 21b because she is a US citizen and will not apply for green card?
4 ) In my husbands ds 230 will i write my name in 21a and 21b ?

21a should contain names of your dependants (wife/husban and children) who will accompanied you to the US. If your wife/husband and child are US citizens, you still need to put their names under 21b since they are not applying the visa with you at the same time. This is there for record purposes. On the other hand, if your wife/husband is not a US citizen, then put her/his name under 21a and your child who is a US citizen in 21b.

If you are applying the dv visa with him, then your name should appear under 21a.

Thank you for your reply but I read the sections again and again..I found out Glossary of visa terms

I looked at the meaning of accompanying there. And what i understood is there..For 31a and 31b I won't write my daughter's name..For 31a I will write my husband's name..And I will write nothing to 31b....I hope this is correct..
