Hi there....if anyone can advise please...by misunderstanding in place of Petitioner, if have written N/A,can I send replacement form and advise them or can I fill another form and take with me to interview since it's a sworn statement, not signed yet.......please help.
 
You can send a replacement - although that is something they will probably just cross out and correct in the interview...

In #30 i have to fill the name of the places i have lived since reaching the age of 16! Till now i have only lived in 1 place.
what date should i enter , is it the date when i reached the age of 16 since i have always lived there? And write present in place of "TO"
In #33 ,if my bachelor degree is running then should i include the name of that university ?if Yes then what should i write in FROM -To !
