I have a 3 years old daughter, for her I need to fill out DS 230. My question is who is going to sing it on behalf of her, me or my wife. My wife and daughter live in Bangladesh. I have got the IV bill letter from NVC and now working on the civil documents. Please tell me who should sign my daughter's DS 230 part 1.
