DS 230 confusion

Hello Alren, Raju and other CP gurus :

Its amazing how complex the DS 230 could get. I just send the money orders to St Louis and decided to fill up the DS230 before my attorney receives the P3.

Background :- After marriage we changed the maiden name for my spouse. So her name post marriage has no similarity with her maiden name. The name change has been properly documented. She came to the US on H4 post
marriage. So for immigration purposes everywhere, my spouses name is her name post marriage.

Some questions I have are as under :-

My DS230
1. Q14 . Name of spouse (Maiden or family name) - this will be her last name prior marriage. Right? What should I put for her First name and Middle name ? Should it be the one prior to marriage or post marriage? This name has to be repeated as response to Q 21a. ie Persons who will accompany you to the US now.

2. Q17. Mother's Family Name at Birth / First Name / Middle Name - What should mothers middle name be? Middle name before marriage or after marriage?

Lastly, - how long does it take to receive P3 after St Louis receives the fee?

Post marriage last name. First name would obviously remain the same. Yes repeat this same info in 21a.

2. Q17. Mother's Family Name at Birth / First Name / Middle Name - What should mothers middle name be? Middle name before marriage or after marriage?

Middle name BEFORE Marriage just like Family Name. Please confirm with lawyer. I am not absolutely sure about this one.

Lastly, - how long does it take to receive P3 after St Louis receives the fee?

2-3 weeks

{From what you said above, it looks like your wife has changed not only
her family name (surname) but also her first name as well. If that is the
case, in this item, fill her full name before the marriage}

2. Q17. Mother's Family Name at Birth / First Name / Middle Name - What should mothers middle name be? Middle name before marriage or after marriage?

{This will be the Mother's family name(surname) at her birth. You may
fill her current first and middle names.}
Lastly, - how long does it take to receive P3 after St Louis receives the fee?
