I am NIW approved, but not in US. What do I put in for permanent address in US on DS-230?
I do not have job or job offer and will have to satisfy public charge criteria. In this respect INS recommend you do not sell property etc until visa is issued. So I can't decide final matters i.e. employment until I am issued visa and settle in US.
Same issue with address for card. I don't want to have DOS complain about incomplete docs but what can I do? I have friends in US. Can I use their address to start with and change later say at POE?
Also part II asks about SSN (which I don't have). What is the best to answer at 33a and 33b?
