DS-157 Question 9. List all countries you have entered in the last ten years.

I visited India on 2002. During my visit I visited Singapore for 4-5 hours on transit. Do I need to mention Singapore for this question?

If yes, should I mention Singapore (5 hrs transit) or what? Please reply...

I would just put india 2002, singapore 2002.

But in my passport there is a "Singapore Immigration Stamping".
Still no need to mention?

I think you better mention Singapore, as you mention all the countries that are reflected in your passport (of course including the country of origin)

I have revalidated once before, and doing again now.

I put all countries with year in brackets.

Then, include a sheet with details on country_name, country_entering_date, country_leaving_date, reason_for_vist.
