DS-157: Question 12 , H-1B Visa @ Ottawa, CANADA, Pl Help!!
I am going for F-1 to H-1B visa stamping in ottowa,
CANADA appt on 04/26/2004.
I have 2 months gap between my last two employers.
Employer A : 06/2000 - 09/2001
Employer B : 11/2001 - 12/2003
My I-797's were Valid during the gap.
My experience letter mentions above dates as it is.
Was wondering with regards to
Question 12: on DS-157 : List last two employers excluding
current employer and dates of employment.
1. Should I mention employment dates as it is or change it to reflect no gaps on DS-157??
2. Are they asking for W-2's at any of the US consulates in CANADA??
Please help me and reply at the earliest, if anybody have expereince
with H-1B stamping in CANADA ?
