Hi,

I want to send my stuff for revalidation , dept site says you need to get it from autofax , the autofax currently does not have the form , can I use the downloadable form ???

Also my I-94 and previous employer H1 are getting expired quickly , although I have the new employer's H1 approval and the I-94.

In India cannot one get a visa if the previous one is expired ??

Also does one have to type on DS-156 , the Date of Birth field doesn't seem to work as recommended when using the pdf.

Also I am anticipating an address change in the future , can I have the stuff sent to a person in my office.

iMHO,

You can surely use the downloaded forms and type or print on it. I don't think it will make a difference as long as it is legible.


About return address: If you are including a return envelope add u'r friends address on it. I don't know if they match u'r address with return address. Never heard about it.
