I and my wife have filed I-485 pending for approval.
Our visa got expired in Oct'03. I got H1 extension and now I am going for H4 visa for my wife to bring her from India.
I got following questions while filling her DS-156.
1. In Q.15, I should write US home address or India's home address?
2. What should I write in Q.20 "Name and Address of present Employer or School"?
3. What should I write in Q.26 "How long do you intend to stay in US?"
4. What should be the answer for Q.27 "What is the purpose of your trip?"
5. In Q.36 'Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf? If yes Who? What should be the answer?
6. In Q.37, Should I write H1-B against 'Husband' field?
I would appreciate for help in this regard.
