DS-156 Q.37 what to specify ...since we (i and my wife) will be in india for stamping

Please let me know what we have to say for Q.37. I and my wife are in USA form past 5+ year on H1/h4 status. but now we both are going to india for stamping (h1/h4). When this form(DS-156) will be presented we both will be in india. Do we need to specify 'Yes' for Husband/wife .......not sure...

Yes,
Specify the spouse if she/he is with u in US. Also mention the status too.
