DS-156 Online... website down???

I have been trying unsuccessfuly 4 d past 24 hrs to fill the DS-156 form online but the website is down (http://evisaforms.state.gov/)! And that's the only way to get a form with barcode! Has anyone been able to acces this site recently?
Visa interview in a couple of days in toronto!
