ds-156 mistake rectification

hi friends,

i had applied for my parents at mumbai consualte for visitors visa. they have the interview scheduled for sept 2nd. we have to submit the ds-156 in advance to the mumbai consulate before getting teh interview date. just now we realised that we made a mistake is answering one question. it asks for teh date that parents would visit USA. we typed in dec 2006 instead of dec 2005!!! can anybody giude us how to rectify this mistake? can we take a new form on teh interview date? will they accept it? just hoping that it won't create a problem during interview!!! should we tell the interviewer in advance that we made a mistake or just hope they just overlook the date issue & keep shut????

I dont think u need to panic about it. It can be explained at the time of interview.
