I came to US on L1 VISA 4 years back and shifted to H1 and working on H1 since 3 years
While filling the question # 30 th in DS-156 form that is
"Have you Ever been Issued a U.S. Visa? - specify most recent one" - Now my doubt is what should I write in this field L1 or H1?
H1 Approval clearly says "THIS FORM IS NOT A VISA NOR MAY IT BE USED IN PLACE OF VISA"
Pleasae help me what visa I should fill for this qn # 30.

WHERE?
If it is H1 what should I write in place of Where?
IAM HAVING AN APPOINTMENT ON 12TH JAN IN 4 DAYS..
