I have lready submitted one application and got Bar code, realize that did few mistakes is there any problem if I submit another one with new bar code

Please let me know guys....

Going for stamping to Mexico
Q.22 When Do You Intend To Arrive In The U.S.?
(Provide specific date if known)
What should I write or Leave it Blank?

Q.15 Home Address?
Should be Indian Home address or USA home address
I did enter USA home address, I think it should be Indian home address

Q.24 What address will you stay in USA?
I left NA, I think it should be USA address

Please guys it be very greatful if someone can answer me.

do you know how VO access ds-156 form

When you take print out of ds156 with barcode, based on that barcode they access our application and process them....

Please post your experience....

it doesnt matter how many forms with barcodes u have printed. what matters is what u take to the interviewing officer.



Q22. write the date u intend to arrive in US. u may write the same date as ur interview date if you intend to arrive the same day. or u may write the day after

Q15. u need to use ur address in ur home country

Q24. use ur address in US for the address to where are u going to stay in the US question
