I have a H1 stamping interview in Canada. I am currently working in the US. I have the following questions on DS-156 and 157.
DS-156 Questions

Should this be my address in India OR my current address in the US OR the address where I would be staying in Canada.
22. When do you intend to arrive in the US?
What should be put here?
25. Name and Telephone Number(s) of Person in US Who you will be staying with or visiting for tourism or business
What did you put here?
26. How long do you intend to stay in the US?
Should this be the date till my current H1B approval is valid as per I-797?
27. What is the Purpose of your trip?
Should I put in 'Temporary Employment' here?. Or should I put something else?
28. Who will pay for your trip?
Should I just put 'Temporary employment' or should I put my company name here?
29. Have you ever been in the US?
Did you answer 'Yes' because you came here as a student?
DS-157 Questions

3. Full Name
Is this First Name + Last Name in Hindi or in our mother tongue?
8. Full Name and Address of Contact person or Organization in the United States
What should be filled here?
18. Have you made specific travel arrangements?
I am already resident in the US. But am technically "traveling" to Canada. So what do I put here?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
