ds 156 address

Hello,

I am currently working in USA and planning to go for visa stamping in December to my home country INDIA. I needed to know that in DS 156 form, what should I put as my "home address" - The USA address or INDIA address ??

Any help will be appreciated.

I too am currently working in the US, but plan to go to Canada for H1-B visa stamping. My company lawyer asked me to fill in my home address in India in form DS-156 (line 15). Line 24 is your current address in the US.
