DS 156 Address Query Please help

Hi,

I am trying to fill the DS-156 form for my H1 visa stamping in Mumbai.I am presently working in US.

What Home address should I put in the form? My Home address in India or in US?
Also per the new procedure set up in vfs-usa.co.in, they ask us to write our US address in our visa application forms(I choosed the option of Indian citizen resident in the US) and they take our Indian address separately in other section.

Can anyone please advise what address should I put.

If you are talking about #15 in DS-156, then its your home address in India. #25 will be the US address.
