Hi all,
Few questions about filling DS-0230:
#11: My friend is studying in the U.S. until May 2014, will I be able to change that address in case the process has not been completed by that time?
#19 - #28: My parents did not enter the lottery, nor are they planning to come to the US in the short future. But I should still enter their information ?
#30: I am currently on F-1 studying in Los Angeles, graduating in mid-may. My OPT application is still pending, and I'm not sure whether I will get a job (staying here), or going back to my hometown (Hong Kong). Should I put "Present" since I am still here? Should I wait till I get back to Hong Kong, then send it?
I went back for summer break every year in 2010, 2011, 2012, should I separate the date range, or just put the whole academic year in? And so do I have to list out my summer break stay in Hong Kong at those years?
#35: Similar as #30, should I list all date according to the passport stamps?
My case number is 2014OC000025**
Thanks.
