Drop Off in Approvals

Last month and early this month we saw a flurry of activity in terms of approvals. A number of members of this forum got their approvals and we could see new approvals daily. However, I am not seing this anymore. Does this mean that the approvals are tapering off or is it unique to members of this forum?

Guys started sending some "Great letters in appreciation" of the little speed shown by the service center.

So this happened.

Please note that these approvals are after a long long wait time.......does this really need appreciations..... but on the other hand, we are forced to pay for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, EAD and AP for no fault of ours.

The lesson is do not appreciate if there are a few approvals.

Good point

You don't have punishing power. So the only thing you can do is wait till you have something to appreciate. Hope I am wrong.

I don't think the approvals have dropped down.

I think the approval rate is higher as compared to before - check the data consolidation thread.

Remember only about 10% of 485 applicants come to this forum. This 10% is based on 30 applicant I know - out of those only 3 come visit or participate in the forum. (3 includes myself).

Based on forum members approvals in last few days - a judgement cannot be made.

If you check the scans - you will see there are many many approvals.

Which has got more percentage level.

Scanning frequency also reduced.

We do not see many approvals, becuase the consolidated sheet is also not scanned as frequently as before. Could be most of the enthusiastic members got approved !!.
I tried to scan at home, but while updating, either my system crashes, or system does a power shutdown.
Dear members, If get time pls. scan for approvals, it brings us the good news for many of us.

It looks like there is a problem in ver247/248 file, If you want to rescan try with ver246. The only diffrence from 246 to 248 is rescan of Jan. So if you are rescanning that range 246 should as well be good enogh.

However try to save once and make sure it saves correctly before you spent your time on rescanning ..
