My parents wish to apply for a tourist visa
to visit USA. Father is 62 years old and mother is 54
years old. Can you please clarify if both of them
can use the drop box facility or if they need to make
an appointment to apply for the visitor visa.
I heard that after July 2003(per chennai website)
BOTH parents have to be above 60 years.
Did anybody's parents under 60 years
successfully use the drop box
facility recently?
