Certified Deposition?

I got both, just in case.

Dana,

Did you get a certified copy of your deposition or a non-certified?
Also, did you get the driving record certified?

Thanks,

Driving Record

Well I got a certified letter from the court saying that they had no records concerning me or my driving. Any letter from the court is certified (the raised seal).

I got an original printout from the DMV with a stamp just noting that my driving record was in good standing. I also got a driving record but that just says it is certified at the bottom. They do not certify documents (with seals) at my DMV so I think the original document should be enough. Plus I don't have any serious or criminal driving incidents. In NY the court only gives dispositions for driving offenses that led to an arrest or some sort of conviction.

Thanks

Which court to contact for "Register on Action"

Hi,

Could anyone tell me how to find out which court to contact for this "Register on Action" document?.

Is it based on your Township & County?

I live in Woodbridge, Middlesex, NJ. Any ideas which court to contact for the "Register on Action" document?.

Thanks.

I think the court is based on the city where you received the ticket. I checked on the internet for the ditrict court of that city; called them and they were able to pull my information.

Hope this helps.

According to the latest instruction booklet you need not provide any documentation if the fine is less than $500.

This is what I did-
I saved my 3 tickets. I Stapled any proof I got like I went to the court website and printed the case status or an email proof or even receipt in mail to those tickets.

In my interview I was asked for the tickets and I just showed my tickets.
I was prepared for the situation in case the interviewer insists on a court document you can always show him the instruction booklet.
