Hi,
I am a US Permanent Resident and my wife and child are both Canadian citizens. I have not filed any paper work for my wife and child to immigrate to US yet (waiting for US citizenship to complete first). In the meantime, I am planing to drive them into US for a temporary stay of around 4 months. We will still maintain an apartment in Canada during these four months to demonstrate that my wife intends to return to Canada. Would we have any issues at the border?
