My name is talitha and I am an australian living here in the usa.
My visa ran out 5 years ago and soon my australian drivers license will expire too.
We have heard that there are some states that will issue you a drivers license even without a social secruity number!
im some what afraid and apprehensive to approach the police for information regarding - well anything really lol
Do any of you know how i can obtain a legal american drivers license please?
Or which states might be easier to get one through etc.
One step at a time I suppose Any hopes of a general amnesty for me were dashed on September 11 and Im losing the battle to remain here in my home I think.
Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated!
