Driver's license

i have read into this and it said that it requires a SSN. Im aware that H4's cant have SSN but theres a blog that i read that u can still get a license if u show a letter of denial for a SSN. Im just wondering if there is anyone here that have had experiences with getting a license in Florida. I myself will try call the local DMV and ask them what I need to bring to get a license/ID.
