Driver's license: too late?

I entered Usa as new immigrant and I leaved after 1 week 3 months ago.
Today I read on dmv site that in my state of residence I had 60 days
to obtain a driver's license.
Is it a problem?
What will happen when I'll go back in Usa and I will apply for the
license?

I think that 60 days rule applies when someone move one state to another state - for example, if I move Idaho to Michigan I need to transfer Idaho license to Michigan within 60 days. It does not apply for new license.

It only means you need to get DL of the resident state in order to drive.
You can use out of teh state DL to drive in teh first 60 days and after
that you can not drive. (Only Virginia strictly enforce such law
and other states recognize out of teh state DL even after
that timeframe)

You can apply for DL any time.

So don't worry about it.
