Doubts on DS-156 Form Questions

Hi,
Please help me in knowing the correct answers for below questions on DS froms.

Q20. Name and Address of Present Employer or School:
-Should this be the current employer or the H1B sponsor, as both are different.

Q21. Present Occupation (If retired, write "retired". If student, write "student".):
-Should this be related to the current designation in the current company, or the offered designation from H1B sponsor, as both are different.

Q22. When Do You Intend To Arrive In The U.S.?
-Can we put any date ? Say around 20 days from the interview date,will this be okay ?

Q24. At What Address Will You Stay in The U.S.?
-Should this be the H1B Sponsor guest house address or can it be their office address.

Q25. Name and Telephone Numbers of Person in U.S. Who You Will Be Staying With or Visiting for Tourism or Business:
-Is this name of any executive from the H1B Sponsoring company.

Q26. How Long Do You Intend To Stay in The U.S.?
-Can we say 3 years as Visa is valid for 3 years

Q28. Who Will Pay For Your Trip?:
-Should this always be employer or if I am paying, should I put myself as the payer.


1. Once we fill the DS-156 and DS-157 forms, is all the fields editable ?
2. Can we make a new form if something goes wrong while filling ?

Please reply to the above questions, as I am trying to collect the correct information to fill online.

--- I had wrote the name of my H1B employer, I think that should be fine.

Q21. Present Occupation (If retired, write "retired". If student, write "student".):
-Should this be related to the current designation in the current company, or the offered designation from H1B sponsor, as both are different.


-- Try to match it with your H1B LCA, thats what I did

Q22. When Do You Intend To Arrive In The U.S.?
-Can we put any date ? Say around 20 days from the interview date,will this be okay ?


-- When is your return trip, put that date.

Q24. At What Address Will You Stay in The U.S.?
-Should this be the H1B Sponsor guest house address or can it be their office address.


-- If you do not have address give the guest house address of employer.

Q25. Name and Telephone Numbers of Person in U.S. Who You Will Be Staying With or Visiting for Tourism or Business:
-Is this name of any executive from the H1B Sponsoring company.
