double I-140

Hi,

My situation is as following:
I did self I-140 in Alien of Extraordinary Ability last year and just responsed the RFE. I did not file I485 with this I140.

Last month, my company filed another I140 (Outstanding Researcher) for me, with I485, EAD etc.

My questions are:

If the first I-140 get approval while the second I140 (with I485 etc) is still in process, could I file another I485 based on the approval of first I-140? If yes, should I withdraw the second petition. If no, then what should I do???????

We were also in a similar situation. We filed I140 in EB1 OPR and NIW and was little confused how to proceed with I485 etc. We discussed with our attorney and she suggested that we submit one application attaching the two receipts of the respective category.

Maybe your attorney can give a clear answer.
