Double H1 Visa? (Two jobs)

Hi,
I have a job right now with H1. (Compnay A)
I got another offer, I am taking this offer.(Company B)

Company A is offering an advisory position to me, so I dont need to be there full time, but they are ready to do whatever it takes legally,

I had heard that a person can have upto 2.5 h1 visas? Is this true?

Can I have two h1 visas?
What would be the proc?
