I had everything prepared then had a lawyer quickly reviewed it for me. I followed the instructions on the pdfs but the lawyer re-organized everything and threw out half of my paperwork saying it was not necessary. I was glad that I went to see him because there were several spots I marked wrong. So here are what I got now. Can you see anything majorly wrong? I'm ready to submit in a couple of days.
Coverletter for all (lawyer suggested not to worry about the letterhead for each form. So I trashed them and put one coverletter for all)
