While adjudicating an AC21 application, does the USCIS use DOT or Job description to compare jobs?
In my case, the DOT on labor cert is different than the title and job description (for that DOT code). My I -140 is approved and I am trying to change job. The new job has the same title and job description as the one submitted with labor cert.
