Dose it affect my green card

I have applied unemployment benefits, but for some reason, I was asked to retune the money. I did retune it. Dose that affect my green card? Thanks a lot!!!

Forfget to mention, my spouse is the primary applicant.

As long as you are not the primary applicant, you should not have any problem.

A friend of mine(he is primary) had his wife apply for unemployment benefits and she got it while on EAD. So you should get it, if you are eligible. Call your attorney to verify and then follow up to re-apply for unemployment.
