Does anyone else gets "Currently, there is no information regarding the status of your case. " for the DOS online status check?
DOS has received my J-1 waiver hardship application with all other necessary documents on April 28, 2005. I have used online tool to get the waiver case number. Since then (over three months passed), I never was able to log in and check my status due to the error message above. got any status regarding my waiver with the message above. Anyone else is in the same boat?
By the way, I tried to call the DOS regarding this, there is no way to get to them.
