henrysh, please clarify what you mean
Personally, I think days from RD and/or ND is only indicative of the speed of processing of CSC in a given window of time, dependant on other factors. For example, RD of 10/00 to 12/00 got their approvals amazingly fast(other than for RFE\'s). But, folks with RD\'s in the middle of April got caught in the 245i and mailroom contractor dispute quagmire.
I think the more reliable observation is the days for approval after FP is done. In the recent past it has been 4 to 10 weeks. I have seen approvals for folks with FP date of late August and one with as recent a FP date of October 13. Again this is is dependant on the number of cases pending after FP. My observation has been that CSC adjudicates 485 cases in batches. We seem to be at the end of the latest batch of approvals. Who knows when the next batch starts?
But, henrysh what do you mean by larger-than-acceptable deviation?
