DORA INFOpass appointment and visitor entry

Hello, I was thinking of sponsoring my parents for greencard this summer through the DORA program in the dallas area. My parents are expecting to arrive in july, on a visitor visa. My question is will my parents have trouble entering the country (immigrant intent), If I go ahead and make an appointment for DORA for them?
