DORA Dallas jurisdiction

I am trying to determine if I am eligible to use DORA in Dallas Texas based on jurisdiction.

I and my wife are living in Killeen, TX (Bell county).

(I am a US Citizen, my wife is Thai - we both live together in Texas)

Can anyone assist please?

Goto infopass and put in your zip code. If your county is eligible, DORA option will automatically show up.
