Don't Send the AOS package before the cut-off number become current:

Hi All,

My number will be current on November, though I had send my AOS to chicago lockbox on september 29 and it was delivered on Oct-5 2006, but they reject the case and return the package stating that early submission and ask to refile again when the number become current. So don't send the package before the number become current.

rejection Notice

Yes ofcourse. The rejection receipt clearly indicate that I have to resend the package when the number become current. So I'm preparing to resend on 1, Nov.

are u from nepal? i am from nepal. if u r from nepal, could you tell me what did you do for birth cerificate and certification by translator ??? all the best.

Birth Certificate:

Obtain the AFFIDAVIT of Birth from the close relative who already become US citizen and the Translation of citizenship from Kitab Khana (the branch of ministary of Law) from nepal.

AOS - sending package before your date!!! Be warned!

I have a friend who sent in her package befor eher cut -off and was disqualified. ( DV2006 winner) just thought to share that bit of info...

My Cut-Off Number was publish on september Bullatine, so I hope it doesn't disqualified because of early submission.
