Don't have Birth Certificate - can I file?

If someone can help with this- thanks in advance:
I don't have a birth certificate, and it will take a long time to obtain one from the hospital where I was born.

Is it possible to file the canada PR application without the birth certificate? Do they accept the form? Can I send the Birth Certificate later?

yes its not nessecary to have your Birth Certificate. You can apply
