Guys,

I know murthy has posted that INS has finished updating their system & are ready to announce approvals. I almost this is a fake.

Look at murthy's website for EADs approval Date for Vermont Service Center. (Murthy is already into 2003 year :)...very funny).
I think Murthy has a program (batch job) which updates all these dates. FAKE!!!! FAKE!!!! FAKE!!!!!

personally, i think murthy has more credibility than magesh_kk. according to magesh_kk back before the INS october audit, INS was supposed to start parallel processing. again, magesh_kk said it was from his "INS SOURCE". if the parallel processing were true, most of september, october, and even maybe november I-485s won't be going through this wait with the INS implementing the system. well, of course, we saw no action after the audit. then the INS system implementation came in place and stopped everything.

sorry magesh_kk, i know you mean well. but it's hard for me to believe anything you say now. got my hopes up for nothing.

Probably like:
How come the dates are inconsistent on Murthy sites ?? etc. Needs a correction ?

Murthy.com is a law firm with lots of information from professionals. At least try to respect them. Discuss in a polite way. You just started the discussion .. that too with such a pushy words like FAKE!!!x3. Please do not loose temper.

Again We may need to learn some more from locals?
 
Hey magesh_kk,

I think the dates make absolute sense to me. If your receipt date is 11.05.2002 then your expected approval date is 01.03.2003. Whats wrong with that ?

What is your problem man. You seem to have Gynec problems. What is your intent. What are your problems. Will give you 3 guesses. Between you and Murthy who will everybody believe and why?

Either give us some substantial evidence or just shut the F.. up. I know you cannot divulge the details of the mole in INS. So you have better infor than everybody else. So what atleast it s not depressing for others. You have right to post what ever you want but do not try and debate on them.

When I spoke with their attorney yesterday, I asked her about this "INS processing date" whether we should believe it or not. She said that when INS gives that processing date, they usually go by it. She compared it to the grocery stores queue system. If you are lucky i.e if you get a fast processor(BTW, who is this guy at the counter and bills you called ..forgot) you are out of the queue soon. If the person at the counter is slow or if the person in front of you have complicated item like there is a missing tag(which always happens to me..:D )/ or bar code missing, your turn will be very slow. Also, there are chances, the officer is on maternity leave/ vacation..
So, it is just a wait and watch scenario..

Show the lady some respect. She has done a lot for the Indian community. Also, she is the prettiest attorney I have ever seen....I would jump up to her defense anytime ;)

Also, it is my perception that INS service centers tend to understate the processing dates. For instance, when we were seeing a flood of October approvals, VSC maintained that they were processing Sept 15 cases. Now that they claim Oct 15, I am somewhat hopeful (you could argue it being silly) that they are well into October end or November beginnning. Alas! What's the use? We have to wait for clearances from FBI, CIA, NSA, TSA, DEA, IA and, maybe even AAA before the adjudication results see the light of day!!!

A thought !

Guys,
When the level of frustration is so high , one will only want to hear things he wants to hear. The funny guy might be right eventually , but certainly we are not in a mood to hear anything this terrible , after all this going on.
