Did you check the status of your $675 check? Is your $675 still generating interest for you?

I have tracking on money order.. and USPS keep saying there is no record of it..

Don't want to frusrate you, but, probably the evil is in details:

485 = AD: 05/11/2005
02/10/10: N400 Mailed

It is highly recomended not to send N400 application exactly 90 days befor your 5 years anniversary, but at least 88 and/or less.

If that is the reason, then the OP should feel lucky. Since his check is not cahed yet it likely means teh USCIS
is returning his application. So he can file after receiving returned package. Otherwise the USCIS could
cash his check, scheduled an interview and denied his application up to 6 mointh from now so he would lose $ 675 and 6 months of time.

It reached them on 12th which is practically less than 90 days.. but I hear ya.. just not sure why they would take this much time to send it back !
