Me and my wife done our FP in SJC ASC today. Actuatlly our Appointment time is 12 and 1 PM respectively but we went in at 11:30 and they allowed us after checking FP notice and photo Identification and gave us an application to fill and once we filled our application, they gave our token number and once our number is called we got our FP done and we r out by 12:10 . Process is really simple.
