Hi,

1, Mine and My wife was playing and I was trying to hold her hair in the public place. Someone called the police and complained that i was beating my wife. Police came to my home and asked my wife and mine both said "NO".
police asked my wife 30 minutes the same question, my said answered 30 minutes "NO". Police called the person that who was complained this to police and got the return statement.

2, The police charged me in misdemeanor PC 243 (e) 1.

Please advice me some one that what i need to do for this. My GC is pending in USCIS.

Q1: This charge is coming under "crime involves moral turpitude"

Q2: will It affect my Current and Future employment?
 
hey, i am in the same boat, got the same booking charges, have you heard anything from USCIS? case tranferred to local office.
 
You must contact an immigration attorney and get the case dismissed.

Did you plead guilty?

If so withdraw the guilty plea.
