Domestic violence arrest and H1B extension

I'm on H1B and I was recently arrested for domestic violence. I hired an attorney who talked to the DA and said that they are not pursuing charges so nothing more will happen. I got a certificate from the clerk's office that I was arrested and no charges are filed but the DA has 3 years to file the charges since it was a felony arrest for 273.5. My H1B extension is in the next 6 months and my company is sending it for renewal. I'm in California and work in a big tech company, so I want to know that is there a chance of getting an RFE or H1B getting rejected? If the company comes to know about it, will they fire me?
