Domestic Violence and Green Card

They won't take him seriously. And even if they do, you'll get to defend yourself in court.

Send a letter to USCIS explaining that you got divorced before his GC was approved. Include a notarized copy of the divorce decree. Also include a copy of any other documents that can help them identify your case and his green card case, such as your I-485 approval, his A#, his SSN, his 13-digit I-485 receipt number if you have it. Don't tell him that you did it; let ICE show up by surprise at his doorstep.

Get another restraining order. Gather the threatening emails for use when requesting the restraining order.

He keeps threatening me with guns and bullets. I am really praying I can get that order because I am scared for my life.
Death threats? You need to get him arrested immediately, not just a restraining order. Do you have proof of his threats (letter, email)?

When you call the cops on him to get him arrested, also provide them with proof that his green card is invalid due to the divorce occurring before his green card approval, and ask them to pass on the information to the Immigration authorities so they can investigate.

If you know his number, call him and talk about those threats, ask him if he is serious and have the cops secretly listen to or record the conversation.

And he also said if he does not get to stay he will call immigration on me with false statements.
He's telling you nonsense. He can't say anything to disturb your green card unless there is something amiss with your green card process.

If his allegations are fraudulent then you shouldn't have anything to worry about with your own GC status, your own personal safety is another matter. You should contact authorities with any proof you have of these threats and make sure they understand the seriousness of the situation.
