My son is a naturalized US citizen, living and working in NY. He wants to add his girl friend who is on F1-OPT, working in NY, as a domestic partner. They plan to get married sometime in 2026. Will there be any issues when they get married and file their I130 then, I-485, if he takes her as domestic partner now? Any input is much appreciated
