Can any one give me an idea on where to find the DOL guidelines for various postions? My company is about to file my PERM in EB2 category and based on the my role and job description, the lawer's are saying that DOL might trigger a DOL audit. My role is Sr. Software developer and it requires Bachelor + 5 years of exp. Lawer told me that "According to DOL, a Developer position, albeit a senior level one, requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience".
If the above statement is true, can we change the role name to something else ( for ex. from Sr. Developer to Sr Systems Analyst )?
