Here is a query about my friend. Can anybody answer it.
The "Final determination" compiled by DOL on Nov 2005, received by my employer and myself on Dec 2005. After that no response from DOL. My attorney still waiting the original LC in order to file I-140. Lawyer has requested the duplicate LC and I was wondering if that is applicable with I-140 application. Anyone has faced this kind of situation, his reposnse will be greatly appreciated.
