My labor was filed from IL on 10/23/2003 ,cleared state and went to to regional in May'04 and then BEC came in picture and went to Dallas,BEC ,receievd 45 day letter ,replied to it .
45 Day letter has a wrong PD in it instead of 10/23/2003,it was 10/23/2004
changed 1 year exactly.Attorney keep follwoing with Dol,Dallas to change the PD ,DOL also recognised the probelm.This back and forth to DOl from attorney started way back in Oct'2005 and till today they haven't resolved the issue
Unfortunatley my company also filed one labor case in Philadelphia by the same attorney for a backup due to Head Office problem that time .My company is orginally Philadelphia based and opened office in Chicago for fast labor approvals that time.
Dol said in jan'06 to the attorney that they found duplicate cases one from chicago and one from Phialaddelphia and asked to confrime one case and loose the other ,attorney replied to them to keep Chicago case and loose Philadelphia case.
since then attorney keep regulary follwoing with them and they keep saying they will do soon ...to change PD
recently they still keep saying they found duplicate case in teh system on my case and need to fix it before they can change the PD .
I don't knwi they keep saying the same old story since it was finalised in Jan'06 to keep one and lose the other.
Is there any way DOl can fix this case nd give approval??
