Has anybody an idea whatz happening at DOL Dallas. They seem to be processing federal Nov 2002 for a long time
 
Waiting since past 12 months. My application from SESA has been sent to DOL on 11/12/2002(EB2/RIR). An employee from the same company who had applied on 10/12/2002(DOL) got certified with out NOF/RFE. No news from my attorney. I will post if I hear anything.

A friend of mine whose case went to federal on Nov 1, 2002 received aprroval on Nov. 7, 2003 please update me your case...My case is filed on Nov 19, 2003 so you should know your status b4 me assuming all goes well. Good luck and please post asap.
