I had filed for permanent labor with DOL Denver in May 2001 in RIR category through an attorney. In dec 2001 I received a letter from my attorney saying my case was transferred to Dallas DOL for further processing. As of today I have no idea about the status of my case(its lost, Federal or state labor pending). Previous attempts to contact DOL dallas (Via phone or via written request) by my employer and my attorney have failed to yield any response from DOL Dallas. I would really appreciate sharing your experience in filing of RIR from denver with DOL Dallas involved or of any other way to get to know the status of RIR from DOL Dallas. Thank you very much!!
